Participate – request a mailer

If you would like to join our COVID memorial project, please complete the below form. When you choose to participate, you will receive in the mail:

An envelope with 50 pieces of pre-cut red paper (for about one hour of folding).
A link to our tutorial video on how to fold the origami units.
Once you finish folding the 50 origami units, please send them back to me at the address provided. You are responsible for the return postage.
Although there is no formal due date, I am asking participants to aim for sending back the units within six weeks of receipt.
An invitation to view the completed sculptures in person, when it is safe to do so. These sculptures will be on display in Philadelphia upon completion.
